It doesn't matter that you weren't trying to. It only matters that you could have.

Think about it this way. If you put a rock on the rails, the train is gonna flip, right? Well, even if you weren't "trying" to kill anyone, you'd still be at fault when the train flipped. Or, even better. Say the train didn't flip. However, a kid is walking around somewhere near by and the train splits the rock. The rock pieces launch at an extremely high velocity and one piece strikes the kid in the head and kills him. You're still at fault.

The train moves very fucking fast. Don't mess with it.

just for the record, it isn't moving very fast because it was right next to train station (so it's like either slowign down or speeding up)

and AWOL, i understand that but it's just you don't think of that because seriously, there is a very slim chance of any of that happening considering the track runs through the forest not near any houses or people, it's more likely to happen to us first anyway
