Crucial, dude, like I told you, contact directly to them. When I got hacked I contact to the support (directly), and they revised it, It take like 2-10 business day, no wonder, they have like everyday a fucking noob like that guy, that got jacked.. So Crucial, I spoke with the guy this morning. I told him that you were going to get it back sooner or later, you put in a support ticket for steam. He said, "its my email". So I told him I had your steam ID from our forums and I would also submit a support ticket for your acct, as someone to back your story up. So then he says "Cool, Thanks". Wont mesage me anymore, so its not just some spammer of bot that took it, its an actual person. If you want man I will put in that ticket to back your story up.

K yeah I talked to him lol. Yeah he wants 25 bucks that I owe him from like 2 years ago. I made him this account so he could play CS with me...I have all the CD Keys could that help? I paid for everything because I was being a good friend and apparently that bit me in the ass... Oh well, I already have a new account I guess I need to add all my friends to this new one...

The CD Keys would probably help stable your story out, be more reliable.

I mean, the crappiest thing to recover is when you buy online, when you don't have any source to give them as proof
