Just to let you guys know that I will be in the pub little to none this month and the beginning of next. I've just been made a squad leader (no promotion) until an NCO takes my place next month, please no congrats either it's not permanent and this is waaaaay above my pay grade (Just remember pay usually dictates incentive). I'm not digging the stresses this month has in store, though it will be a new learning experience for me. I'll be on the forums though.
