Yep, check out urbandictionary.com

I think some of the stuff needs to quit, but at the same time, if everyone quits, the forums will just be nothing.... People need to make quality posts, about serious topics, not every topic be "omg bbq look at this funny thing" then it ends up being a rickroll.

Some of the post are simply unreadable, we are not your bro that you text message in a string of single letter "words" please make a complete sentence if you want to be taken seriously (or not have your post edited).

That being said, we don't need a backlash of everyone being afraid to post, the worst that will happen is we will delete or edit it. Chitchat is pretty much an "anything goes" section, so keep the bullshit in there.

Good thread, something that I've been meaning to say.

Most of what I believe has already been said, but here's my two cents on creating topics.

Good threads usually allow input from others. If you are about to post a thread, it's mainly just "LOL VIDEO" it only leaves room to critique how much I hate you, which most of the "Look what I found" section has become: crap. If you can make a thread that's interesting, or ACTUALLY funny not only to your standards, but to what others you may think might find worthwhile, then it probably is.

In a nutshell, use your head people on what is a good thread vs a bad thread to create.

Edit: Also please remember that most titles dictate whether or not I'm going to skip your thread. Stop creating threads in all caps, misspells, whatever. &reread PePTo's very fine guide as Stack already posted:

I only read Clan News, All Members, and Splak Members sections because I'm tired of looking through all the posts to see which ones are worth my time in the other sections.

Maybe all of these brb or status updates from the members can be posted in their members profile?

Thats at least 20 posts that will be cleaned up from the clan news section.
