I think he means that quick reply is missing stuff like font, emoticons, link and that kinda stuff.

There is a addon(?) or something along them lines, which make it have a bit where you don't need to click full editor. I'm pretty sure of it, just for the fact I swear Warez-bb has the same thing.

I think it has something to do with the host. About a week before I upgraded it I noticed that there was some random slowness. Also, I had to do a shit ton of indexing on searches, its still not done and while I am doing it (right now), the forums slow down even more.

I have never had a problem with godaddy, and their SLQ servers are much better than my last host.

They are fine overall, but I've noticed that they really lock down many
of the developer php functions on their boxes which is why I had to put the ban list on my site
