Woot! got some new donations in, thanks to everyone who has ever donated to Splak, over $2000 since we started. The only thing I use the donations to is towards paying the $40/month to keep the CZ pub running, plus the splak website.

I am really happy with where the clan is right now, everyone in splak/skeet deserve a pat on the back. As I have said before if there is any game that any of you want to run a dedicated server on (valve games are the easiest for me to set up), please request it (send me a pm or whatever) and I will set you up with a server, we have a a nice, no lag, low ping server that cost me nothing to add any game to, all I do is set up the server, give you ftp access to it, and let you do whatever you want to with it. I want to expand splak to have any game that our members play, but I need help with this.

A while back we tried putting the CZ pub onto my own server (free) server that I have, but it was a much weaker older computer at that time and people complained it was not as good. Now we have a top of the line Quad core computer, that handles all my L4D(2) servers great. So if people are up for it, I can re-copy the splak pub back to that server and see how it goes. I will do it the exact same method as I did last time; leave the old server up for a few months, when people join it will re-direct them to the new server. If people like the new server, we will just shut down the old one, it will be just a new IP more or less. If we do this, it will be more stable (recover from crashes every time, so no server downtime) and it will save the clan $40 a month.... thoughts?

Moving it to your new server sounds GREAT! It will save the only real payment we have and I'm sure it will not lag at all.

P.S. Sorry all of you I haven't been on for awhile I'm always on the forums though just that I have way too much schooling and I'm gonna go crazy.

And I'm not to crazy about this idea but aren't there those things called Private WOW servers? Maybe one of the WOW players are interested?

Also to keep up with games, is bad company 2 going to be running with servers?

When you changed the server last time I couldn't play in the pub anymores so depends if your house is further or closer to the UK lol.

If it can save the clan money we should atleast try it and then the donations can be to trying to get some sweet clothing or hats and awesome stuff like that, but that is what i was thinkin of

Yeah it is hard to tell people when you are just talking about your personal life and work then your off time "yeah im a video game player" !! O.o ??? but i have a few CSS and L4D gear that i wear when i go to gun and knive shows and concerts and the movies just to advertise a little

Why would we be interested if we already PAY for retail.

i got 2 WoW shirts from my cousin during classic, i still wear'em. one is rawrarawrrrr!!!!! in the front and a murloc picture in the back. the other has the quote, "How Big Is Your Sack?" in the front, and a bag in the back with 0gold lol
