I finally got around to updating the CZ pub from a 2012 build to OCT 2024 build, it was still working but way out of date. It was so old that the hldsupdatetool no longer works and you have to switch to steamcmd to update. I also made some improvements, now it is running 500 fps/tickrate, fixed the redirect on the map downloads to back to fast downloads, and now has the latest metamod and amxmodx releases installed. The only issue I see is the hook is always on by default, we used to have some file that would handle turning off the hook on certain maps, I can live with this haha. The server itself is a Ryzen R9 3900x, 32GB RAM, 2TB of SSD/NVME, 50TB of HDD, and Win11. So if anyone needs some games hosted, let me know. We also have been running a vanilla minecraft bedrock server on it so if anyone want's to join our world hit me up in discord and I will get you on the player list so you can join. |
