No, I think this should be locked from how he is acting, he's turning in to an CTF, or other people who wanted to be in the Clan.

I also think that he is younger than it says in his post.

stupid kiddies, don't be a ctf! but i made a fool of my self that was like 10 pages long on my recruitment, 8 pages of shit for me last 2 were good and i heard snake did the same to him self? meh anything can happen but it isn't our dicision to lock this, it's pepto's so we'll witness judgement day for this kid

^ Yeah, you are true, it's not our decison on what happens him/her, we just give good/bad feedback on the player, and if he should be allowed in the clan. but yes up to Display or PeP, or Stack if he thinks it's necessary to do so.

yeah i had like 8 bad pages and like 2 good pages. i'm still trying to be less annoying/whatever else
