We do a thorough evaluation of all applicants. If we deem you fit our requirements at the time of recruitment you will be notified. If not, you will be rolled over into the next recruitment and evaluated again. We just did a recruitment last week... We won't be having another for some time....

But from what everyone is telling me, your a good player and seem to have made some friends....

Keep it up and this will def. be a plus for you when we start the evaluation process again.
