I think the last thing anyone should do is comment on their own recruitment post. I hate going through pages to read someone elses comment because it is filled with the person responding to what everyone says. not to take this off topic but I think this should be addressed if it hasn't already.

Just my 2 cents on it. Maybe when people put in applications, they could be moved to a members only post section, but viewable by all. If that is possible.
