in surf_city he was being a jerk. all the cts need to suicide so everyone can spawn. EVERYONE in the server was telling all the cts to kill themselves, it was me and superman left,

well he didnt for awhile, and he just kept on going in a circle, instead of just typing kill in console, he kept going in a circle where the plugin put him and tried to land on it, while everyone told him to stop. but he eventually did, about 5 mins later.
