http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.a ... 6814125334If you can spend the extra 30, you get 25% more memory, 25% more memory bandwidth (192bit vs 256bit, 1/4 faster memory), and an extra ROP unit enabled (24 vs 32, which equates to 16gp/s vs 21gp/s). So the extra 30 gives you like 10% better performance, and will give you more than that on higher end games, plus 1gb is needed for newer stuff. If you 100% cant afford the extra $30, no biggie, still a great card.
