Mafia 2, anyone getting it?

I pre-ordered it on Xbox this afternoon after playing the demo on PC last night. Amazing graphics, good soundtrack, good movement, model in a story movie scene.

I'm also glad that it changes seasons (summer, winter, fall, spring)

I think this game will get atleast a 8.5 or higher out of 10.

Check out the demo on steam ^_^

I have the demo, and am going to check it out, im sure I will eventually buy it on sale, the main issue with it to me, is I want to play it flat out, and to enable physx on high you have to have dual cards (GTX460/470 for graphics and a 8800/9600/gt240 or higher recommended for physx). I have the GTX460, by the time I buy a new card this game will be cheap, and I can run it flat out and see all the bad ass effects that the console version does not get.

It was a very good game. Loved the story and gameplay which made it feel you were apart of the game itself. The ending I wasn't expecting it to end the game after that which pissed me off cuz I was like...MORE!!. Haven't played a game with a great story like that in a long ass time. 9/10

So you know, Joe's Adventure is meant to be coming out this year, which will be a DLC. Might see a bit more into what happened after the end of mafia 2.

I just finished Mafia after my friends told me to get it. I don't think I'll buy 2 just yet until it goes on a big sale. I really really liked the story, it's like GTA a lot, but with a higher class story than just gangs and killing. Definitely an AWESOME game though.

I like it cuz its not really like GTA. In GTA you get rich and buy all these houses and shit and it doesn't feel real to me, I love GTA don't get me wrong but with Mafia it feels like you're a part of the story. Like once you get money and start to do something, something happens to you where you lose it all. My favorite part of Mafia 2 gameplay wise is where you and the gang all have tommy guns and are side by side shooting up a diner and throwing Molotovs at it. The acting was phenomenal to me and you don't see that in many other games.

Felt like watching a movie, except how easy it is to die.
