This is gonna be a long one:

We'll use a number based system to explain a few "points." These may not necessarily pertain to Chunky, and some of them may. I think it'll be clear though.

1. I was fine when you never revealed yourself.

2. Now, usually, I'm the type of person who drops, spectates, or switches servers when he gets pissed off. This is my tool to cool down. You'll see me do it alot. It's my way of controlling my temper.

3. Your history: You used to whine. A lot. It's partially(if not mostly) why you got banned the first time.

4. My problem(s) with you now: Your playing is abhorrent. I've watched, and watched, and watched. All it's done is pissed me off. I don't need an explanation, because your style of play explains it all. Call me Judge, Jury, and Executioner, but sometimes things are just blatant.

5. Your offenses: Camping. It wasn't just the one time, Chunky. It's been many times. Honestly, I wish I had taken the time to collect proof, but just seeing it as often as I had, I guess I just figured others would too.

You're one of the people who complains about ganging, then you go and do it yourself. Don't deny this, I've seen it.

Otherwise, you just generally piss me off. You don't seem to play the way everyone else does. Some people are called rank whores. Even those people are better than you. They occasionally do something funny that might get them killed or throw "caution" out the window to do something. You just seem to play for kills, that's it. It sucks the fun out of playing for some certain others.

6. If you're sucking the fun out of playing for me, and I switch, don't fucking follow me. If I'm angry at you, yell at you, and leave; do not follow me. If you piss me off; that's probably not the time to add me to friends.

7. Reason for ban: You sucked the fun out of the pub. I escaped to the surf. You came to the surf. It's the one place I have admin, and Ace said he was gonna do it if I wasn't. I wanted the pleasure, personally. It was ONE hour. If it wasn't a big deal, you wouldn't have made this topic. So, obviously, this IS a big deal to you. I'm not the first admin to ban someone temporarily to get a little break from them.

8. I was just pissed off. I realize that I did not handle this the right way, and it won't happen again. My intention was not to "abuse" admin. I apologize that my manner of handling this came off as...Well, you get the idea.

9. I will not, however, apologize for banning you for one hour from the surf server. It was one hour where I was free to enjoy my other online friends, and damn it, I had a great time. If it costs me something in the long run, so be it. I can honestly say the laughs with Ace, Dank, Wonder, Gdogg, etc--- were worth it.

10. Will I ever yell at you/kick you/ban you ever again? That depends. If you play like a douche bag again, I will probably yell at you. If you do something against the rules in the surf server after a warning, I will kick you. If you come back and do it again, I will ban you. Otherwise, I've made my mistake once, and I won't repeat it. If this causes you to relax, fine. However, be wary. I still do not like you, and don't think you've changed all that much... You may say you have, and there might be slight "aesthetic" changes, but I still believe you are the same as you were.

Cole, Pepto, Display, Snake, etc---

I stand ready for a reply, for some verbal lashing, for some punishments, etc... I know I didn't handle this correctly. Hopefully, you can understand that I truly deal with my temper as best I can. I'm sure it's pissed you off that I spectate suddenly a lot, and maybe other things I do, but I promise it's my way of cooling down. I'm sure you could appreciate that more than constant moaning and pissing, or some other such examples of lashing out in anger.

I have to say I hardly see a good reason to ban in that essay but then again as I said before I dont know the history behind this.

1.nothing

2.i have anger issues too, and other things i wont go into detail about. but my way with dealing with all of that is by playing this game. This calms me down. Thats mostly why I play this game. The other reason is because its fun and i like it.

3.I know thats why i got banned and that why i changed.

4.dont really know what you mean here.

5.Camping - I dont camp like ||in the vents in repub|| or ||at the bottom of the map on awp_rooftops|| but I admit that i do camp sometimes but its not like crouching in a corner until time runs out camping. Usually its for a reason of some sort. Like bomb for instance. or moving forward, hearing the whole team come, then hide for a few secs to let them pass and try to kill em or something like that

Ganging - Yes I complain about ganging if they do it constantly or if its like 4 on 1. But I dont do it myself. There are time when Im chasing someone and my teamate comes up from behind and makes it look like im ganging. Am i supposed to let my teamate take the kill? Or what. I dont know if you see that or other occasions. But I dont gang. If theres a lot of people playing I just let everyone else knife it out because most of the time my team gangs and then it looks like i do it.

Rank - I dont care about my rank. (explained in number 2). I could care less if my rank got reset.

6.I didnt know that you got angry when I play. I just thought you didnt like me. If i knew that, then I wouldnt have folowed you to the surf server and add you to friends. I was just trying to explain my reasoning for camping. I'm sorry, I didnt know.

7.I made this topic about everyone that plays to let them know that...(read first post). But i specifically mentioned you because of what you said.

10.You may think that I have not changed, but thats your oppinion. I think that I have changed a lot. But thats my oppinion, but i could be wrong.

So, basically, you're just going to deny everything I said. Fine.

I don't know or care if you are concerned with your rank. All I know is; you play more seriously than a rank whore and it can get depressing.

If I yell at you, chances are I'm angry with you. Common sense says don't follow me.

Look, I'm not saying that all of that has to make sense to everyone and that it perfectly justifies my actions. The simple fact is this: I didn't feel like getting an explanation, I didn't feel like having you follow me, I didn't feel like playing in the same server as you. I wanted to play with my other friends in the surf server, because that's where I was invited to. If I hadn't of banned you, Ace would have.

Oh, and for the record:

"Chunky, do the objective!"- I've heard that way too fucking much in the pub lately. Feel free to deny it, or give another explanation. Frankly, your if you need to have a constant explanation for everything, it won't matter anymore. People aren't going to always ask for an explanation. People aren't always going to be all ears, like everyone else but me has been lately.

Again; These are my reasons, and not all of them(maybe none of them) are good. This is how it happened. It was a one hour ban. It's done now, and I already said it wouldn't happen again. Unfortunately, a person's word isn't good enough. So, I will let my actions speak for me.

Hmmm, well I think that both parties need to just move on. It happened, really wasn't that big of a deal. Maybe Awol overreacted with the ban thing, but really it was only an hour and I after hearing what he has posted and so forth, I can't necessarily be completely mad at him. I do think chunky is genuine and doesn't want to be a bitch anymore and I can see why he got upset for being banned b/c he doesn't want to be "that guy" anymore. Chunky, I think it is important to heed our advice and even though you might not agree with Awol, you should respect what he says. If he feels your camping, dont camp. If he feels that your following him, you most likely are and need to be aware of that. I'm not saying his word is God, but at the moment most people respect and value his word over yours at this point in time. You two obviously have some personal beef, and it's important to note that he may never get over that. So instead of making the issue worse by arguing with him, just agree to disagree and move on. Anyways, I hope you can stick around and enjoy the pub; hopefully this will all work out for the best.

awol not trying to make you made or hate me but i have to agree with chunky i have seen a change in him i do believe he doesnt care about rank i obviously play constantly and i always see him playing wether its him with his name chunky or something else i never see him say "/rank" also everyone deserves a second chance im not saying everything you said was wrong awol i mean if i was mad and he was following me i might of done the same thing but also as i said everyone does deserve a second chance i mean we gave N!k0 a second chance didnt we? i say we give chunky the same chance and see what happens in the future

also about that camping thing i hardly see chunky camp but if we want to take it too a bannable offense or something then half of the pubbers in the server would be banned for this

From what I've read, Ill just say a few things:

Awol, it may be true that you could of handled it better. Banning is usually a last resort, even if it isnt permanent. I realize Im quite guilty of breaking that rule myself, and that I have gotten a little more hotheaded lately, so Ill just add that you shouldnt be like me. However, you were wel within your rights to punish Chunky if he was camping excessively, creating a negative atmosphere, baiting teammates, etc. And it seems that the above was the case, if Im not mistaken.

Chunky, I really dont know whether or not youve matured, and I personally dont give a flying fuck. As long as you contribute to Splak by making it a fun environment for everone, you could have the mentality of a 2 year old for all I care. Im not here to say you were wrong, Im here to remind you that Splak is about drinking beers and kicking ass, and having fun while doing it.

Like I said before, Im not passing judgement on anyone. Im here to remind everybody to be cool, to chill out, relax, and pwn n00bies. If theres anything else that anyone has to say to me, PM me. Otherwise, its your call Head Admins.

camping is a tactic, i'm not attacking you or anything, just saying for future refs. since you guys make it sound like the noobies thing a person can do

to chunky: what he means in #4 is he doesn't like how you play, you don't do the objective and you do anything possible for a kill (don't lie, yesterday on splak_penis u were baiting and shooting from spawn from the li'l crack and not giving the other team a chance!) and not to mention on scout maps u use tape for a crosshair (don't lie to that either! u showed it to me, and it was taped to ur desk)
