ya so today i booted up my computer and i then clicked to log on my user....
then nothing poped up just my background and this thing called svg gaurd or something ive never heard of. then it sayed i had a critical error and it was running a scan showing me all my files saying critical or dangerous. then i couldn't exit that so i "ctrl,alt,delete" it and got rid of it. i waited for 5 minutes and nothing still happend only my background.

so i ctrl,alt,,del it and i logged off from there, my dad's user works fine. this is where im tyeing from. so at the moment im hoping what i am doiung will solve this, i am deleting my user and gunnna make a new one hopefully getting ride opf the virus or what ever happend. becuase when i delete the user im deleting all my internet filews and EVERTHING ON IT.

so, my question is does anyone have any kind of an idea of what could be or have happend? and any suggestions????? PLEASE

Well... it sounds like what the AVG software was telling you, you have a serious virus.

Deleting/Recreating your user account will probably not work, the virus is most likely in the root of your drive. When you get your user account back, make sure you run some anti-virus software.

To fix the background, try this.

1) ctrl+alt+delete

2) Go to the "applications" tab

3) click "new task"

4) in "new task" type "explorer" without the ""

5)Hit OK




Btw, dont delete your account.
That would be compareable to "My crossheir doesnt work, I'm reinstalling steam"

i thought it was AVG to, but the weird thing was when i started my user it also had this lady talking saying stuff about my virus or w/e... thats when i'm like ok this isnt good. plus, the "symbol" or "logo" was the same colours but it was in the shape of a kite. and looked nothing like an AVG scan.

i ended up making a new user and no sings of a virus yet, i hope it helped.

please keep the ideas or suggestions comming =D
