Splak.net

The ACM is hosting our first LAN Party for the 2007-08 school year! It will
take place in Nichols Hall on Friday, Oct. 26, starting at 7pm and lasting
until everyone goes home. In the past, we've provided game servers for
everyone, but due to some hardware limitations, we will no longer be able to
provide the servers, but the network will still be set up and people are
welcome to host from their own machines. The PC LAN is BYOB (bring your own
box). We will also have console games available (mostly Halo 3 and Guitar
Hero). But if there's anything not on our list that you want to play, bring
it with you and we'll find a place to set it up. Food and drinks will be
provided (while supplies last), so plan for an all-night frag-a-thon!

We will also be hosting a Halo 3 doubles tournament ($20 per team, 2 players
per team), which will start at 9:30pm. Prizes will be handed out to the top
team(s).


Oh yeh, this is gonna be good. Gotta love the engineering department.
