LOL not at all. I've changed my sheets twice in 2 weeks and the bug out of my pants was like 2 weeks ago. It jus became more apparent as they went at it like rabbits and voila more bugs to stain. They were on my mattress not the sheets. And were under my mattress pad which doesnt need as much changing as sheets.

Here are some notes someone took in class about bed bugs

6 legged
1/16 - 1/4 of an inch long.
live in beds
Not very dangerous
Carry about 20 different pathogens (non are harmful to the human body)
sucks blood (only a drop per feeding)
Not a significant medical problem for most people
If you have a rash, It's NOT bed bugs.
Bed bugs do not have a red center in the bite.
They feed every 9-10 days
Can hibernate up to a year(So you could of had them for a year and not known about it until they decided to come out)
Females lay a lot of eggs. (5-50 in 1 day)
Look like little ticks or louses
Very hard to get rid of once you got them
To get rid of be bugs: Call an exterminator, take out everything in your room, wash the mattress in HOT water, clean rugs and carpeys, caulk every entry in that room.
Do NOT try to get rid of them yourself.
